What items can I lend on Something Borrowed?
You can lend any high-quality fashion items that meet our style and condition standards. Simply submit photos for approval, and we’ll let you know if your item is a fit!
Who decides the renting price?
The rental price is determined by Something Borrowed based on the retail selling price of your item.
Who handles shipping costs?
Shipping costs are covered by the renter, and we provide you with shipping guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
How do I get paid?
You will receive your payment on the last day of the month, directly to the bank account you shared with us.
What if my item is damaged or not returned?
If an item you’ve lent is lost or significantly damaged, the renter is responsible for covering the replacement value of the item. In such cases, we may charge the renter’s payment method for the full replacement cost and any mediation fees necessary to resolve the issue. For minor damages, renters may purchase optional Damage Protection, which covers limited wear and tear (e.g., minor stains or a broken zipper), but it doesn’t cover major issues like theft or irreparable damage.
Can I remove my item from the platform?
Yes, you can remove your item anytime if it hasn’t been rented. If it’s currently rented, please wait until the rental period ends before removing it.
